Eligibility & Use of Service
Eligibility
Our EV charging services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Permitted Use
You may use our charging stations, website, and mobile application solely for the purpose of charging electric vehicles and accessing related services.
You agree to follow all safety guidelines, signage, and instructions displayed at the charging stations.
You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is compatible with our charging equipment.
Prohibited Use
Misusing charging equipment or causing damage through negligence, abuse, or improper handling.
Using the services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Attempting to bypass, tamper with, or damage the charging station systems, software, or payment processes.
Use of EV Charging Services
- Access & Availability
- Our EV charging stations are available to the public based on location, operating hours, and availability.
- We do not guarantee that a charging point will always be available at any given time.
- Charging Process
- Users must connect their vehicles properly and ensure charging is started and stopped using the prescribed method (via app, RFID card, or other system provided).
- Users are responsible for unplugging their vehicle after charging is complete and vacating the charging space promptly to allow fair use for others.
- Safety & Responsibility
- You must follow all safety instructions displayed at the charging stations.
- Only use charging stations for their intended purpose and with vehicles that are compatible with the provided equipment.
- Any damage caused to the charging equipment due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions may be charged to the user.
- Session Monitoring
- Charging duration, energy consumption, and costs will be monitored and recorded for billing purposes.
- Users may track their charging session through the official app, web portal, or any method provided by the company.
- Service Interruptions
- While we strive to provide continuous access to our EV charging network, we are not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.
Pricing & Payments
- Pricing Structure
- The cost of using our EV charging services may be based on one or more factors, including but not limited to:
- Energy consumed (per kWh).
- Duration of charging (per minute/hour).
- Fixed session or connection fees.
- Idle fees for occupying the charging spot after a session has ended.
- Current pricing will be displayed on our website, mobile application, or at the charging station.
- Payments
- All payments for charging services must be made using the accepted payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, prepaid balance, or RFID cards).
- Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
- Billing & Receipts
- Upon completion of a charging session, a digital receipt or billing summary will be provided via email, mobile application, or user account.
- All charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds & Cancellations
- Payments made are generally non-refundable once a charging session has started.
- Refunds may only be considered in cases of technical failure where the charging service could not be delivered as intended.
- Changes to Pricing
- We reserve the right to modify pricing and fees at any time. Updated pricing will be communicated through our official channels prior to implementation.
